Vinyl

Our large vinyl banners are printed on a high-quality 13 oz scrim vinyl material, designed for maximum durability and visual impact. Ideal for building facades, construction sites, and large-scale events, these banners offer a bold and long-lasting presence. For secure installation, we recommend reinforced hems and grommets placed at regular intervals.

Due to the nature of vinyl as a temperature-sensitive material, slight variations in banner size may occur during the production process. We typically allow for up to a half-inch variance per linear foot. If precise dimensions are critical for your project, please consult our customer service team for further guidance.

Mesh

Use mesh for high-wind areas to ensure visibility and airflow.

Our large mesh banners are made from an 8 oz PVC polyester with a 37% air-flow. There are crisscrossed fibers which create a printable surface.

You can see through this material to some extent, but you can still see the printed graphic clearly. Oversized mesh banners are common around sporting facilities and secure facilities, where high mesh metal fences are commonplace. Grommets are used in 2 or 4-ft increments and will extend into the graphic.

Standard shipping regulations require oversized banners to be folded.

If you do not want your supersized banners folded, please contact us to arrange custom delivery of your banner in rolled format. Rolled delivery has additional shipping and handling costs.

Installation of supersize and building banners is no DIY affair. There are safety ramifications and concerns, local permits and lots of coordination with property owners and the local authorities. Cranes are typically used for building installations. Supersize banners for stadium walls, fencing and other lower – but extremely long – situations can be done more traditionally, without too much fuss. Utilize our expert team for safe and efficient banner installation.
